At Fernandez's Cleaning Company Inc, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work with a comprehensive 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all cleaning services.

Our Commitment

We believe in delivering exceptional cleaning services that exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will work to make it right.

Service Re-Clean Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service:

  • Within 24 Hours: Contact us and we will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge
  • Free Re-Service: Our team will address your concerns promptly and thoroughly
  • No Questions Asked: We value your feedback and will work to meet your standards

Refund Eligibility

If after our re-clean service you are still not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original service date
  • Re-Clean Attempted: A re-clean service must have been attempted first
  • Valid Concerns: The issue must relate to the quality of our cleaning work
  • Documentation: Photos or other documentation may be requested to process the refund

Refund Amount

  • Partial Refund: For issues with specific areas, a partial refund proportional to the affected area may be issued
  • Full Refund: In cases where the overall service significantly failed to meet standards, a full refund may be provided
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after service
  • Issues not related to the quality of our cleaning work
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed before service
  • Services completed as described in the service agreement
  • Changes in preference after service completion
  • Circumstances outside our control (e.g., immediate re-soiling from ongoing activities)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Describe the Issue: Provide details about your concerns with the service
  3. Allow Re-Clean: If not already attempted, schedule a complimentary re-clean
  4. Submit Request: If still unsatisfied, formally request a refund review
  5. Receive Decision: We will review and respond within 3-5 business days

Cancellation Refunds

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of any prepaid amounts
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of prepaid amounts
  • Less than 24 Hours: No refund (fee may apply for cancellations)

Recurring Service Clients

Clients with recurring service agreements may cancel their subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for completed services, but no further charges will be made after cancellation. Please provide at least 7 days notice to cancel recurring services.
