Agreement to Terms
By engaging Fernandez's Cleaning Company Inc ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") for cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
We provide professional cleaning services including but not limited to residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Services are provided based on the scope agreed upon during booking.
- All services are performed by trained and supervised staff
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
- Service scope may be adjusted based on actual conditions discovered upon arrival
Scheduling and Access
- Access: You must provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. This includes ensuring a clear path and removing obstacles that may impede our work.
- Presence: You may be present during cleaning but are not required to be. If providing keys or access codes, you accept responsibility for their security.
- Pets: Please secure pets during cleaning for their safety and to allow our team to work efficiently.
- Parking: Please ensure adequate parking is available near the service location.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
- Recurring service clients may arrange alternative payment schedules
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Liability and Insurance
- We carry comprehensive liability insurance and are bonded
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- We are not liable for damage to items that are fragile, improperly secured, or in disrepair
- Pre-existing damage should be reported before service begins
- Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement at fair market value
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the scope of work needed
- Ensure safe working conditions for our staff
- Inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions
- Remove or secure valuable items, jewelry, cash, and sensitive documents
- Treat our staff with respect
Health and Safety
We reserve the right to decline service or discontinue work if conditions present a health or safety risk to our staff. This includes but is not limited to biohazards, pest infestations, structural hazards, or hostile environments.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
